The right access for each role
Admin, treasurer, committee member, resident: each sees and does only what their role allows, checked on the server for every action.
An audit trail nobody can edit
Bills, payments, expenses, rule changes and role changes are recorded with who did them and when. The history cannot be altered.
Money records are never quietly changed
An issued bill keeps the rates it was raised with. A wrong payment is reversed with a reason, not deleted, so the record always adds up.
Encrypted and protected sign-in
Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and repeated wrong guesses are slowed down and locked out.
Not even our own team
Running the service gives our platform accounts no access to a society's financial or member records.
