Who is RumiNest360 for?
Housing societies, apartment associations and their committees. The committee and treasurer run billing and accounts; every resident gets their own sign-in to see their dues and receipts.
Do residents need to install an app?
No. RumiNest360 works in any web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to install.
Can we set up maintenance the way our society charges it?
Yes. A bill can combine several heads, each calculated its own way — fixed per flat, per sq. ft., equal share, percentage, per unit or a manual amount — and billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually. When a rate changes, bills already issued keep the rate they were raised with.
Is our society's data kept separate from other societies?
Yes. Each society sees only its own data, and every request is checked against the signed-in person's society and role. RumiNest360's own platform accounts have no access to a society's financial or member records.
